Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Aura Roots is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a resolution whenever possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities.
